If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for up to 30 days for a full refund, credit, or exchange. Item must be in a like-new condition. Some limitations apply; please see 'Return Policy' below for more information.

Lifetime Archival Warranty

All prints by Kevin Holliday Photography are produced with 100% archival inks and papers. Furthermore, all framed prints meet archival standards by using acid-free mats, backing boards, tape, and placed behind a UV glass or acrylic for maximum protection. So long as you have displayed the artwork according to archival practices, it is guaranteed for a minimum of 100 years. Should there be any degradation of the materials or the print, I will gladly replace it for no charge for as long as you own it. Should you have any questions regarding proper display or archival practices, you may contact me and I will answer any and all questions. This warranty is non-transferable.

 

You will also receive these 10 unique warranties:

  1. All prints are matted to archival museum standards with 4-ply mats that are hand-cut to standard frame sizes eliminating the need for any “custom” framing.
  2. All framed prints are done so using archival standards with sealed frame backs and UV glass or acrylic glazing.
  3. I have personally printed all images to the highest quality standards.
  4. All prints are hand-signed. Limited edition prints are numbered.
  5. All prints include a Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) that is hand-signed.
  6. All prints contain a signed back-label detailing the image title, number (if limited), capture date, print date, and paper type.
  7. All prints include a unique write-up that tells about the image, why it was captured, and what the vision was in the making of the final print.
  8. If the purchase is local, it can be delivered, as well as assistance provided for proper hanging if so requested.
  9. If the purchase is to be shipped, it will be done so in a timely manner using an insured carrier with tracking numbers.
  10. Prices for all prints increase regularly, which ensures that your investment increases in value proportionally.

 

Return Policy

Every fine-art print purchase, matted or matted and framed, is covered by a 100% "take 30-days to decide" money back guarantee. I want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase and enjoy displaying my artwork in your home or office. If this is not the case, just return the artwork to me and I will refund your money, exchange the artwork, or reframe the artwork (additional costs may apply). If the print is to be re-framed, the same print will be used. If the print is being returned for a larger or smaller size, the new print will be the next number available in the edition. This warranty does not apply to pieces that were altered, reframed or re-matted by someone other than myself. Furthermore, the piece being returned must be in like-new condition when I receive it so that it may be enjoyed by another collector.
